1. Bean

2. Onions
Onions contain a large amount of "flavonoids", a subclass of phytonutrients which can help prevent certain cancers and protect the heart. Try them roasted, baked or sautéed. Our favorites are the blooming onions, roasted with a vegetable mash in the center.
3. The salmon
Salmon is easy to prepare , there are so many of them that it is healthy and totally delicious . Omega-3 oils are believed to support healthy arteries and may also help treat depression and rheumatoid arthritis. There are tons of delicious ways to prepare salmon. Salmon is rich in biotin, vitamins B12 and B3 , niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin D, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids and choline.
4. Citrus
Yes, citrus fruits. Believe it or not, there are plenty of fruits that taste delicious when cooked. They can be used to flavor dishes like lemon chicken, or skewered and grilled. When grilling fruit, put it in a wire basket or tray with small holes that allow the flames to touch the food, but prevent it from falling through. You can also soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes, then pass them through the fruit and grill them on the grill. We recommend peaches, plums, apples or pears and pineapples.

A study published at the University of lund showed that drinking a beverage containing thylakoids before breakfast could reduce food cravings and promote weight loss . In their study, women who took the spinach extract lost over 5 pounds more than the placebo group. Not bad. It is rich in folate, vitamin D, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium and manganese.
8. Mushrooms
Rich in vitamin B2, copper, chromium and pantothenic acid. If you ask me, raw mushrooms taste a little earthy, but cooked they have a rich , musky taste and a steak-like texture. The mushrooms Portobello , grilled or sautéed in red wine, are divine and can also be easily added to cream, au marsala and many other sauces.
9. Apples of soft earth
Sweet potatoes are amazing . Raw it is tough and tasteless, but when cooked, an enzyme in the potato breaks down the starch and turns it into something called maltose, which gives it a sweet taste .
